Team Support and healthy interactions amongst employees is the strong pillar of this organization that I like the most.

Dislikes

There are a few drawbacks also like, 1. There is a 6-day working policy that doesn't give proper time to its employees to manage their work-life balance. 2. There should be (Friday Fun) Session which will encourage employees to Interect with each other and it will build strong bondings and a great working environment.

I really like the culture of this company, There is not much pressure. Everyone behaves like a professional colleague.

The same problem which faced by every other organisation in this country. When we discuss some idea with someone, especially the seniors, then that idea is not much discussed. I think our next generation is smarter and more intelligent than the previous one. If one idea is proposed by a senior and another idea is proposed by the executive, then we should also listen to the idea given by the executive. As i see few x-employees have given bad rating or comments to this organisation, I'm not sure on what basis they have come to this conclusion and also if they are true to what they are saying they should not post it from anonymous identity but reveal their identity as they are not part of the organisation anymore so why hide the identity. As per me the beauty of this organisation is the learning opportunity, freedom to take decision, anytime you walk to the top management, and value of an employee. There is no company which is perfect, it's the people and leadership vision that makes it perfect, employees doesn't leave organisation they leave managers. policies which are not at all employment friendly. They keeps changing according to their own benefits. The salary is less than the deductions. Word count deduction..late coming deduction....late EOD deduction...deadline miss deduction and so on. The word limit is not achievable especially during peak season still they expect to achieve the required word count along with the incentives.
