The company hires numerous students from multiple colleges and benches them for a long time. They dont mention about the training being in batches, after giving you the offer letter theyll mention all these delays and changes in the training pattern. Everything is a surprise with them. If the company is aware that they dont have capacity to hire over a number of employees then why do they hire above the required limit? They havent called the placed students to work yet but are looking for new students to work for them from colleges. Dont fall for the trap. Company is ridiculous. I was one of the top students of my college and I got placed in multiple companies with similar pay, I declined all of them just to join this company now i am benched for more than year. On asking they say "Learn something IT related at home". If i was to sit at home and learn why would i join this company? Try for some better companies.Go to this company if no option....Read More
