The Talent Acquisition Partner Chandrakala Dannana was unethical and unprofessional and was doing interviews for time pass. She lacks good communication and interaction skills. She already decided that she will select her friend from her previous company Nisum Technologies and then why the interviews are being taken for Talent Acqusiition Sourcer. The interview was only for 15 mins and she throw my degree certificates and her attitude was not good. I finished the interview and just went down and got the call that I was not selected and why this kind of people get hired in good companies....Read More

The task is challenging and innovative. Pay is good as compared to industry. Colleagues are co-operatring

No Worklife balance. No appraisal process- ratings granted as per whims and fancies of the manager. You are coaxed to do unethical work. Basically it is ok here to compromise quality and ethics for revenue generation.

Work Details

My role involves Product Management for one of the Decision Analytics Product at Experian. The role has no say and any inputs provided is overruled. There is no focus on processes and even if i try to incorporate one no one would follow
