Worst... nothing much to like about this company....a waste of time.....they use you to stabilize the process and then force you to leave.... also take money for not giving notice period....I had to pay 1lac 20 thousand rupees

Useless company only created pressure and stress. You can only work in this company if you are done with your life. You will see people fainting, heart attacks, eye bleeding and brain hamrage cases on the floor. You will be also asked for do ot and will not be paid. The manager will treat you like a dog.

Comparing the salary package with other companies in the industry, i have noticed that it is significantly lower. This has promted me ti consider the importance of fair compensation in relation to the job satisfaction and motivation.

There is nothing worthy to like about this company. There is no job security and total mismanagement of the existing processes has resulted in exodus of many professionals.

Dislikes

Top management thrusting their authority on the lower management resulting in pressure on all employees at middle and lower levels of the organization. There is no work life balance and no opportunities for growth.

BPO level AVP SVPs like Mukesh Uppada, all involved in exploiting the employees just trying to save their jobs and keep blaming someone or the other. Fake promises of working together and just dodging real efforts. HR also know the situation and they are also just playing by the same books. Silent layoffs asking to resign in the name of lack of projects. No actions taken to improve these cases. Even the exit processes are not standard, you will have to ask them to do their job or else they will breach 90 days too. For that also they will blame you. Miserable conditions of the current employees just surviving there. Flashy Qoq numbers just for public whereas reality being far different. 2-5% yearly raise and denial of other benefits sighting it's Management's call. I happy to work in EXL because work timings is flexible and have a hybrid model and also more learning is there. All the members of the team is supporting including manager and assistant manager.

We are working more than 9 hours. No proper support from management and shift allowance

Amazing work life balance if you are at team manager role.

They mostly underhire, if they overhire, they don't promote early. The rehiring policy is bad, one can only get a level above than his previous role even if they come back after 3-4 years

They do not provide any leave when you already have in your bucket either you have any emergency or any urgent work they really don't care about it you just have to come office.No chance of promotion or increament in fact they cut a lot from your CTC.. Totally not supportive in anyway

The best thing about EXL is that you will be heard. Specially senior management is very supportive and understanding. Company provides with enough opportunities to grow in career and fair chances are given to almost everyone.

Dislikes

Salary brackets can be better as compared to market standards. Appraisals can be improved for better employee retention and satisfaction.
