It is a great company to work with. People are friendly and professional. You have a bright future if you are in f&a operations delivery or insurance process.

Dislikes

Sometimes people are lethargic in approach towards work and initiatives get diluted mid way in projects. Clients need to respect EXL more as a valuable partner

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
