There is only one thing good that is team mates,there is job security, Politics is everywhere in Indian companies, there is no growth till you have a 7yrs experience in same company,there is no work life balance,this company has a good Brand name in the Battery market

There is no salary hike as such just a increase of salary of 1000rs it doesn't makes sense, there is no learning in this company if you remain in this company after 2yrs then you don't have anything to learn it is better to change after 2yrs

1. You have to stay whole night in office on month end 2. Every day meeting in meet with same speach again and again 3. Abusive language used by RSM and ASM 4. Personal attack and personal talk like ( teri kiti gf he meri 5 he said by ASM) 5. Mentally harashmet by ASM & RSM 6. No support by ASM just fake promishes 7. ASM come to market after 4pm before that he was in home taking his meal when ever you call him 8. No support from ASM When he was with us in feeld just rubish talk 9.
