There is nothing to like in Exide, specially in kolkata. There is lot of politics and management is totally support those things. If you allies of a powerful group then you can hire / fire anyone including your supirior. Performance are not the parameters for promotion. The company is still on market due to the product line and product depth. Else working here is like hell untill / unless u r a part of a powerful group and u r good at oiling...Read More

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
