Very bad company work culture, increment very less after hard work (max 2-3%). Too much politics from the top level management.. No promotion from the field level… Over all “naam bech ke abhi Tak kha raha hai”..

Nothing is good here. I’ve 7 years work experience in this industry.. trust me worst industry..they don’t know how to run the business that’s why they hired 3rd party agencies like McKinsey..

There is nothing to like in Exide, specially in kolkata. There is lot of politics and management is totally support those things. If you allies of a powerful group then you can hire / fire anyone including your supirior. Performance are not the parameters for promotion.
