Nothing just they believe in numbers with tremendous pressure whether it's a holiday or not you can expect a disturbance anytime.. I repeat anytime

Their belief that they are the best which they show in the market and can do whatever to mold the market but the inner truth is known to all there where are they loosing and in what frequency, worst policies they have, whatever policies the top officials make, they only bypass it for their own benefit keeping the lower levels personnels at risk all the time

I have job which gives 6 CTC, YOE: 2 years I need good paying since other batchemates are grabbing packages such as 20+ LPA They have done MBA.
