I have joined EXFO as a fresher and I would say it was best experience as fresher to get a chance to contribute directly into development. Good work life balance. Not much events organized by HR team. Project team environment is very good and everyone is supportive and helpful but expectation from HR and organizational level regarding team bonding activities, etc. are not much satisfying. Mandatory to stay at office location even when you're WFH. You need to ask for approval from your manager every time you want to work from your home town.
