I have joined EXFO as a fresher and I would say it was best experience as fresher to get a chance to contribute directly into development. Good work life balance. I would recommend for fresher as a good start and one who's feels like having satisfying experience in their own working life and no longer looking for challenges and go on with one good organization. Flexible hours.

Dislikes

Not much events organized by HR team. Project team environment is very good and everyone is supportive and helpful but expectation from HR and organizational level regarding team bonding activities, etc. are not much satisfying. Mandatory to stay at office location even when you're WFH. You need to ask for approval from your manager every time you want to work from your home town.

Earlier work life balance was not good however it improved gradually later. I enjoyed company culture and working with people there. Now many of the products are in EOL stage in Pune unit, so company is laying off people.
