On the work life balance front, Exela exceeds expectations and I'm sure lot of the former and current employees would agree to this. Same with job security and Exela has proved it during the last two years. The number of people working here for 30, 25, 20, 15, 10, 5 years across countries are huge and this proves Exela's culture andcommitment towards it people. Earlier on, we were lacking (it was there but not at the current levels) on the learning and development front but this has been taken care of. During the pandemic, a lot of webinars on health and safety was arranged and it continues till date. Look :) in the dislike section too, I've pointed out some important positive changes the organisation has brought about.

Managers won't explain the company process clearly for everything you have to depend on seniors and leads, you can't work independently and micromanagement is there always and if we missed something or say No to work they will show their dominance and authority for saying it. They are supposed to give work but they order to completethe work if we don't do they will be mad Too much of work load for HR people 12 hrs daily no proper work life balance will be there if we need any emergency leaves and permissions they won't give it. One of my favorite company still know. Definitely you will enjoy working on this company and stay in your memory forever. You will get low salary but work press is less then 0.01% only. You will ask to work on any previous company you liked means i choose excela(source HOV) with out opening eyes

Such a worst company ever. Lots of partiality shown by team leads.If there is a problem outside of the work area each other, processor and team lead, team leads scolded at work for that problem. Especially in kilpauk 8th floor. Some team leads have lots of head weight and they don't treat all processors as same as others.
