No fixed Appraisal cycle, appraisal depends upon mood of higher management, one year they will give appraisal another year they will not give hike of even 1 Rs. Will not recommend to stay in this company for more than year/two. No work life balance. Frequent change of higher management every 2 yrs ( even Leads, Managers, VPs ), So whenever new management comes they start dictating and brings technology they know and ask team to work on it obviously on priority. In Exela have a great policy but management team having only politics environment for each other and they impacted on other employees jobs and unbalanced work culture. Even Management team don't know exactly whom to assign task as per level and they don't have technical knowledge and there is no career for freshers

One of my favorite company still know. Definitely you will enjoy working on this company and stay in your memory forever. You will get low salary but work press is less then 0.01% only. You will ask to work on any previous company you liked means i choose excela(source HOV) with out opening eyes

Such a worst company ever. Lots of partiality shown by team leads.If there is a problem outside of the work area each other, processor and team lead, team leads scolded at work for that problem. Especially in kilpauk 8th floor. Some team leads have lots of head weight and they don't treat all processors as same as others.
