They give 30mins break for 9hours work..

Dislikes

One of the worst company in the world. Eventhough there is no input we should give them output. They had night shift of 9pm to 6am but sometimes they want us to work extra hours without any overtime pay. The teamleaders blame each other and they had no coperations which burdens all employees.As per company privacy rules open source cloud drives are not allowed but they use Google drive and whatsapp. There is no increment. They pay you extra amount for extra work which is very less and the amount depends upon the team leaders mood....Read More

Worst company we have family n we are not able to spend time with family. Don't ever work here..for 10 years senior person they are paying only 8k..worst company.as per labour law a person should not work at a stretch for more than 10 days and overtime should also be provided but no extra payment but we have to work hard without any rest....Read More

Such a worst company ever. Lots of partiality shown by team leads.If there is a problem outside of the work area each other, processor and team lead, team leads scolded at work for that problem. Especially in kilpauk 8th floor. Some team leads have lots of head weight and they don't treat all processors as same as others.
