I was doing my 3rd job in Excitel. Friendly people, I have met. Excitel is good for salary time. That's it.

Poor class managers in the company only make politics. Illustrated people In the higher position using abusive language with agents. There is no HR policy either. If in case you want to one day's leave for your personal reasons then they force you to give them medical for just 1 day's leave. Favoritism persists here for growth opportunities. Every think I want to dislike this company , job was not secure , seniors not supportive , There is some kind of politics going on everywhere.When seniors do not want to do anything with people, they find out their mistakes and throw them out of the office. Then even after terminating from the office, FNF keeps bothering in giving the experience letter and does not even give it.

I would like to share my experience as a employees in invoice process my manager is very helpful but some people in another department are very rudely like manager team leader and they don't know how to talk and how to behave with employees.
