One can survive here well without having any technical or managerial skills. You only needs some diplomatic skill and fullfill your RM ego.

The project is its maintenance stage with few minor customisation. The technology used is also very old. So, no learning and growth. Very toxic work culture with 12-13 hours of useless engagement.

It has only one prestigious project. People are good who worked on that project. known factor, every team has few time passing candidates. these type of candidates are more in that project. No job security. They will put you on PIP for silly reasons like your salary is high and will force you to resign. As per their policy if you dont clear PIP then they will mention this on your experience certificate that you were terminated Salary pay is very less. Freshers here are still getting the salary as they used to get in 2014. It used to be a good organisation but recently the managers and leads hired are too biased and partial. They will only support the ones they like. Office politics is worst here. No perks for employees.
