Different types of technically challenging projects, client interaction, project management, team management, good knowledgeable colleagues, Monday to Friday only.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Good
Work satisfaction - Good
Company culture - Good
Work-life balance - Good

Dislikes

No formal training or the mindset to invest in employees, rare subjective review by manager, clarity on requirements for career growth were missing for most of the part.

Work Details

Learned a lot about technical project operations, client management, pre-sales, team management. Overall a good place to begin career. Work life balance was good but sometimes (2/5 days) would be required to support client meetings beyond office hours.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.
