I really liked working under stress all the time🙂, no work life balance. A toxic job to start as a fresher puts down your confidence. But compensation and benefits are given well unless when worked stressfully

There are some very good and knowledgeable persons in this company. Very warm teammates and seniors as well. Work environment is comfortable.

The pay is very low. The company promises market correction of salary after they do market research (which doesn't seem to be happening any time soon. Not many opportunities to improve your knowledge/skills. Even this work experience will not count as experience if you apply anywhere el se later on. It is a good place for those who aren't much competitive, looking for a convenient job and are okay with the low payscale....Read More
