Any semblance of meritocracy is a facade; expect to be overlooked for promotions. You won’t have time for hobbies or relaxation.

Dislikes

Employee feedback is ignored; no one listens. The toxicity is palpable. I wouldn’t wish this experience on my worst enemy. Higher-ups love to micromanage, which stifles creativity and initiative. Dislikes
