Seriously there is nothing to like about this company. Even when i joined 4-5 guys working for the same role had resigned or had been forced to resign.

I was working from Mumbai location and my TL being Marathi prefered candidates who is Marathi. My TL gace me realy tough time while working with him in the first 2 - 3 months. Gave me open threats of resigning from the job. He had zero contribution in upskiling myself and he would roam around outside the office over phone. I did nothave anyone to ask for help when i needed the most. In this company 2 - 3 TLs were changed post that and none were good. In short if you want a really stressfull and suffocating work environment without any perks or benifits, where incentive is a myth join here....Read More

Leadership is more interested in appearances than actual results. It's disheartening to see HR act more like a secretary for project managers than a true human resource team.

The company is all talk about diversity but no action. The lack of diversity in promotions is troubling; it feels very exclusive. They didn’t even bother to check my background, and now I'm facing unfair treatment. How is this acceptable? They issue experience letters without regard for how they treat their employees. It's hypocritical.

The workload is overwhelming, and there’s no recognition for the amount of stress employees endure. Management just cares about clients and revenue.

The lack of training and development opportunities is appalling. I feel like I’m just treading water without any chance to grow. You’ll be micromanaged to the point where it feels like you have no autonomy.

Employees are afraid to voice concerns due to potential retaliation from management. Contractors are treated unfairly, especially when clients delay payments. It’s frustrating and demoralizing.
