Nothing much to tell about the company. Only good are the colleagues and clients. Management is bad. No people's management skills.

Everything is awful. Management, Managers, and specially HR department, they don't know how to treat the employees. They use abusive words when you don't bootlick them.

Having spent a substantial amount of time and effort, I can say that Excellon has helped me in shaping as a professional being. Quite simply an introverted turned out as extrovert.

Dislikes

Work pressure is very high. Sometimes I have to work 14-18 hours straight in a day and at times have to be totally available on call to attend client calls in the evening. No on-job training. Senior folks like me have to guide fresher step-by-step. Salary is credited to your account a bit late may be during second/third week of the month.

Managers are not professional if they personally don't like you they will bring our profession in between and will put u in PIP just for no valid reason. And even if u meet the KRA COMPLETELY STILL THEY WILL DECLARE THE LAST WORKING DAY OF YOURS.
