Autocratic rule, biased ppl, place for gossips and favouritism. Unprofessional culture. HR doesn't know the meaning of HR. They hide CSAT and ESAT results from clients and employees. Saddest place to work

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
