The company is not so open to adopet latest technology. I love to work here learning lot of new thing , every day I face new challenge and apply new ideas to resolve it. So overall my experience is good to working here in.

The growth is slow, the work pressure is very high, Company management never appreciate to sevice Dept. Like HR and store and quality. Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
