1. Company does not care about employes.
2. No facilities provided to employes.
3. Make employes to work more than 9 hrs bby showing money as complimentary and those money will not meet the work we done,
4. Food was provided by the company but it will be worst and completly unhealthy. Managment does not bother about that even aftermultiplte complaints.
5. Company makes money by the using employes hard work but employes will not get benifited.
6. Hard work does not matter only the polities mattres.

Stress free job and great place to improve communication skills. Work from home if lockdown. Hardwork will get recognised not immediately but for sure. Free Food (Only Breakfast and dinner). Management praise the employee publicly and correct privately. No gender discrimination. Graduation is not required. 5days work per week.
Dislikes
Previously management use to provide soft skills training but not now. Previously there were good hikes, but not now. Previously stretching shift, Working on week offs and Working on holidays will be employees will/decision. but now management is ordering and forcing employees to work. No gender discrimination but there is a religion discrimination (Examity will not hire muslims). Appraisals are not meeting the market levels. Previously employee can choose when to avail compensatory off for which an employee worked on week off/holiday, But not now. Whenever company requires, employee need to work, but company will not provide employees to avail leaves when needed, compensatory offs. Not recognising employees hardwork at right time. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. Minure partiality is still there. For any reason, Once you leave organization, You cannot join back. Management doesn't address employee issues one on one. Previously management use to provide snacks if any shift extension exists, but not providing now. Sometimes it is not possible to work for 12 hours by just having meal once(only when stretched) especially for people who work in grave yard shifts and early morning shifts. Everything is awesome, like work culture, respect and secure feeling for females, They provide good food (dinner and breakfast) as per shift timings, they'll never force you to work in your personal time. Management is ready listen the employee problems at all times and resolves ASAP.
Dislikes
Most of the higher authorities like supervisors and Leads (not everyone) will not tolerate if opposite genders spend time with each other. (eg. Male and Female employee should not spend time with each other)
If they spend, they'll consider it as something else.
