Stress free job and great place to improve communication skills. Work from home if lockdown. Hardwork will get recognised not immediately but for sure. Free Food (Only Breakfast and dinner). Management praise the employee publicly and correct privately. No gender discrimination. Graduation is not required. 5days work per week.
Dislikes
Previously management use to provide soft skills training but not now. Previously there were good hikes, but not now. Previously stretching shift, Working on week offs and Working on holidays will be employees will/decision. but now management is ordering and forcing employees to work. No gender discrimination but there is a religion discrimination (Examity will not hire muslims). Appraisals are not meeting the market levels. Previously employee can choose when to avail compensatory off for which an employee worked on week off/holiday, But not now. Whenever company requires, employee need to work, but company will not provide employees to avail leaves when needed, compensatory offs. Not recognising employees hardwork at right time<mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is decent but career growth is slow</mark>. Minure partiality is still there. For any reason, Once you leave organization, You cannot join back. Management doesn't address employee issues one on one. Previously management use to provide snacks if any shift extension exists, but not providing now. Sometimes it is not possible to work for 12 hours by just having meal once(only when stretched) especially for people who work in grave yard shifts and early morning shifts. My years of experience have prepared me well for this position.I spent 9 month's working in a high-volume call center, answering customer calls and identifying solutions. I developed extensive skills working with customers even when they were stressed.
