In the last 5-6 years things had drastically changed. The CEO, HR, senior management had no respect for existing employees. There only aim was to bring in new employees at a much higher salary and designation irrespective of their competencies. Most of the new hires were out of touch with technology. Ramamohan, Sharan, Bhat, etc. and others have never won a deal for the company but will be bossing over employees who have built the company by winning and managing some very good clients over the years. The company culture had drastically changed. For a company with less than 2000 employees - CEO and HR head are not accessable for frank discussions....Read More
