EVRY is a good place to work given you have good foundations in your career and you want to utilize your skills and showcase your talent. So basically if you are experienced and looking for a good company then definitely EVRY is one good option to have. it's not overcrowded and you will definitely get attention and recognition. there will be annual tech fest, functions and other events which keeps happening so you can socialize more and also involve yourself in a new set of responsibilities and have a difference. If you are thinking about starting the career here, then I wouldn't suggest much. One should be exceptionally lucky to get guided from scratch and get advice and guidance on which track to follow and whatnots. There are a couple of things which makes employees feel low or brings down the value among the employees when the co. is least interested in branding and making themselves visible in the market. They are very poor in providing facilities like good canteen or arrangements for transportations and things like this. perhaps they don't even have one canteen. It's more likely that top management isn't bothered about providing these facilities which will be consumed by a large number of employees as they are in their own comfort zones.
