Morning prayer is good which can give you positive vibe, except to that others are not in list.

Firstly they don't elaborate job profile in interview, after joined the company i got to know that my work profile is completely different than the profile they offered. Being a manager you have to wait for MD approval like a dog. MD is looking all activity through CCTV. No work life balance, everytime one excuse MD sir wants this task means you have to do. Very bad in payment for other vendors. I left job only for this negative vibe. HR team is playing a very bad role to hire the candidate with wrong information to fulfill their target.
