Abusive managers and HR manager. The male HR manager literally dragged me by my hand and kicked me like a dog. Women are treated like dirt in this company. There is no respect for women an d there is no freedom to express yourself openly. You are treated like a slave here.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
