All reviews are fake given by owners and stakeholders only there is not even a single pros Worst management Your seniors will keep calling you unprofessional even after you deliver on time ,work dedicatedly ,Not everyone is rude but yes a few will treat you really bad. Initially they make you feel they really wanted you to join but as soon as you join you got accused for unnecessary issue. Even if you leave they still keep your F&F pending even after 3-4 months laters you yourself have to beg for your hard earned money every now and then cuz hr will keep telling you we are looking into it. No policies ,not your internet bill will get reimbursed. No compensation benifits. Just wanted to aware you all that you deserve something professional and good ,I was been here for almost 1.5 yrs and it was worst till the date I even worked 13-14 hrs a day, probably this was my worst discussion to join here. Simply the best work culture! I have spent more than 2 yrs and I can say that there are by far the most supportive and collaborative teams I've ever worked with. Processes so fine that driving the jobs/tasks is effortless. With Management systems is place, tracking of the team performances is easy. Worked for brands like LG, HCCB, Schindler, ViewSonic and many more.

Good working culture and the interview experience conducted by Miss Juhi was great. Right from coordinating till onboarding and the work doesn't stop there. Being a HR comes with lot of responsibilities and she makes sure everything is done on time and handles the work with ease.

There are pros and cons of every company. Its just about the mindset. Highlighting every cons of each company on public platform is disregards to the company which gave u an opportunity.
