Life is good except that there's a fair bit of micromanagement from the highest strata (Founder level) which is fine for people who lack self-esteem or need to be guided on even minor areas of development but demotivates those who are quite experienced in their area of expertise and who do not wish to be interfered on nitty gritty issues that result in wastage of time & productivity.

Dislikes

There's absolutely no politics at any level & all employees wish to co-operate & extend their best support always. There aren't too many areas to explore due to decision-making limits, interference & presentation of new ideas. However, there's definitely a huge level of possibilities for experimenting at minimum cost to management.

Work Details

Definitely, it's a huge world of excitement to know & interact with a lot of children & underprivileged people from the rural sector and know about their life as well as gain insights about the rural economy & lifestyle.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.
