my time with Everymedia was a letdown. There was hardly any real work, and it felt like employees were just passing the time. The work quality was unimpressive, and the office lacked a professional vibe. To make matters worse, the computers they provided were outdated and couldn't handle the job. it's like they weren't serious aboutgiving us the tools we needed On the surface, Everymedia might look good, but once you're inside, it's a totally different story. Don't be fooled by appearances; this company is more about look for a place that values both style and substance. 1. Very arrogant management 2. Management doesn't care about personal life of employees 3. Over worked and under-paid 4. No IT resources provided -- always there is a budget problem 5. As IT Manager there was no decision allowed as everything was governed by the CTO 6. All software are pirated and management doesn't care about legalcompliance 7. Outdated systems used and CTO expects the IT Manager to find a solution and when the solution is made available then he ridicules about how a IT Manager can think that way 8, Internet service for an office of 130 people was of 50 Mbps and even being a media company the management doesn't care about speed and latest technology -- CTO wouldn't allow us to change the ISP nor purchase a new parallel ISP even though better and cheaper....Read More
