Just an average outsourcing company. No job security at all. They will fire employees at any time once the contract with product company is over.

The only advantage is that they will give good salary if you are in a client project.

Dislikes

Mirafra is just like a consultancy company. They will send all employees to client sites and bill them per month. Their is no learning, no career growth, no work-life balance here. Finance team is the worst here. Once your client project is over they will fire you without much delay. Mirafra is not at all recommended to anyone.

Mirafra has lot of clients for RTL design so lot of opportunities

HR assigns 2-3 interviews/week to be taken for interview which is an irritant. Did not find package matching industry standards

No Job Security at all. Its good for exp level till 7 to 8 yeas. All are depending on client . once there is no project in client then they will tell u to put a resignation without arranging other clients.

After Joining in Mirafra i was working at client location. Once u joined there work is over. They will not think about your carrier growth or job security. They are getting more from client and pay you less.

Very less scope for experienced people.Growth is very slow. Poor infrastructure. Finance and HR is a big disappoint.
