My Reporting Manager is very good and support a lot for deliver our responsibility.

Great place to learn superiors are quite understanding and will encourage as well as educate/train you in the field. Many perks apart from salary is given to on-site staff.

There's no such thing as work-life balance. People assigned to site have to work all 7 days no weekly off. Head Office/Regional Office have advantage in that regard 9-6 job 5 days a week.
