Evergreen is a good company. Lots of new programs and policies are implemented by the company for their employee. Main reason why i like Evergreen is because here we have job security.

Dislikes

only thing we dislike about this company is Managers they are very dominating and not welcoming new ideas. They want their team to follow whatever they say whether it is ethically right or wrong.

I am working as Secretary cum Sr. HR executive. I majorly handle HR role where i take care of trainings, employee engagement activities, TDS calculation etc.
