HR dept very stupid guys Not any self decision rights All rights and action authority depends on manager.shame on all these too. Low salary offered Worst policies . Female employees staff more than male but only do work for their selfish . No any employee engagement and welfare activities.

Do not go with this company ! They doesn't pay expenses of previous month after the resignation. They will tell you that your during your settlement you will get all the expenses and salary which is in hold . But eventually you won't be able to get any money.
