Likes

Like to work for those innocent young kids if someone like to do free service. Recognition from the parents for the work. Will get the kids pure love for the care that we show.

Skill development - Excellent
Job security - Excellent

Dislikes

No proper coordination. No knowledge in how to manage and maintain a school. No recognition from the management for the hardwork. Fully money minded. Fooling the parents by taking more money for nothing.
