Top management is not understand ground reality they came from sales and they are thinking service is also same like sales only but both are different they have to understand, service is like a small baby for growing it Will take time not like a sales , starting store and sales started

You need to attend meet or Zoom call at morning 8am , and you need to attend even late Evening.There is no week off ideally from lower to higher management.Even working on restricted holiday like Sunday, even in May day. 1 Rating is not also enough for EFL.
