Team was wonderful. Guided & gave lot of opportunity to learn. Work was excellent for learning (this is when it was under SP Group).

Didn't give good hike to a relative new person of 1.5 yrs experience, whi couldn't negotiate very well.

Very bad irritating and torture feel working experience with Eureka Forbes ltd And the worst thing happened is that 3 meetings in a single day Working hrs is 8am to 11pm I working only 3 month salary with 8k Then you told me how to the survive in Pune city with that amount of salary And honestly saying to you I'm not telling lie ,and i swear this is happened with me Thnks

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
