Even for something you are not even responsible for like "you like Batman ... and CEO like Superman more"... this is true story Suppose, you are lucky enough to get an opportunity before being fired.... then they will start harrasing you. 1. Won't release you and will not provide relieving docs 2. On reference check they will say literally garbage about you to your prospective organization 3. One fine day you they will setup a meeting in the evening and literally snatch laptop and spread rumors that we fired him because he was corrupt and incapable. The worst word made for this organization may be something worse from worse,. This organization have a lot of very bad things that you cannot count. Overall, I have not been able to find anything positive about this organization. It is not because I'm the victim of the things which I am writing down below. this is my observation about the organization and I want to know everyone before anyone planning to join this organization. From top to bottom most of the employees are corrupt here in any way either they doesn't want to work or taking extra benefits which usually company consider in prohibited activities. Taking a look at this organization's infrastructure. The office building seems completely outdated. Water leaks in rainy season at workspace. Fans are there in summer season to use. Split AC is usually either not working or leaking. Dirt & dust everywhere no cleaning at work space on daily basis. In the washroom, you will smell odors and feel dirty. Housekeeping and security staff they are very arrogant and you will feel insulted if you talk to them. They will listen to either owner or their favorites. Executive management is directly or indirectly related to CEO. Top management is dominated by nepotism. Mostly top positions acquired by their friends, families or relatives. Staff with more than 10 years of experience getting orders from 1-2 years olds. They either have to knowledge of their work or very limited knowledge. They are in the organization because they are favored by the CEO of family of the CEO. The future of the company is not in good hands. They are using investor money for their personal purposes and spending unnecessary. CEO is not clear on his thoughts. He believe Euler motors is superior in all automotive industries and companies like TATA & Mahindra are following the foot steps of Euler motors. He lives in a fantasy world and thinks he's the Elon musk of Asia. Mostly projects which are running in the company their names inspired by the name of Iconic Marvel Studios character's name. Every department in this organization filled with dumb employees. because they are connected with CEO and his family and they are wasting the money of the investors as well as talent of the deserving employees who are woking with them. They usually do meetings. Extra meeting and then meeting and only meetings with no conclusion and timings of their meeting starts after 8 PM. Because both CEO and his brother use to come at officer after 12.30 or 1 PM. CEO meetings starts at night 8 and goes till 3 to 4 AM in the morning. where in the meeting 35-45 employees are blaming to different department so that they can save their jobs. No arrangement for employees after meeting closure in early morning. They have to go by their own. No concern of safety at all. CEO is more interested in whether we are receiving the material or not instead of company overall performance and Balancesheet. Many senior staff coming late in the office. sometime I saw one of the very senior person coming at 6 PM in the office and then they call their team employees after 12 midnight 2 or 3 AM. They don't even bother before calling to any of their employees at that time. CEO wants till the time I am in office my employees should stay in the office. No work-life balance at all. Job security is not there. Top management staff threatens to fire you. whether if you ask for extra time to complete the work or you are asking for leave. HR department does not want to work at all. There are no formalities associated with joining or induction. Basic things like your appointment letter is difficult to get. You won't get any confirmation letter or information and relieving letter also. No health insurance policy and no other employee benefits. Employee safety in this organization is on least priority. Most of the time repair work or any installation required in the office that happened in office hours when employees are working. You will feel frustrated most of the time because of wi-fi poor connection. Office and plant both are not fire proof. Even fire alarm rings most of the time without any reason. workplace is not safe to work. Salary you will get on 7th or 8th day of next month. In terms of HR, forget it if you have any work to be done through them. They will not even entertain your request. For them they are giving you the salary and you are a slave for them. Most of the positive reviews here are completely fake. They report negative reviews if some employee post it, so that no one can see the reality. Therefore, do not rely on that.
