The salary hike is good but it is a trap.

I will be talking about Finance Department only. The company will offer a good hike on your previous CTC but it would be a trap. The work life balance is really terrible and dominating behaviour of Manager is horrible. They will say at the joining, timing is 10:00 to 6:30 but it would turn out to be a 10 to 10 shift and also strech the tasks from home and also come on Sunday.
