There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues. Team head or employees are been settled from decades to save their position they will not give scope to grow they see you as if you're their servent. They threat you and your job if you address your issue. They also have caste and regional feeling. If they getto from lower caste and from telangana boom they see you as if your untouchables <mark style="background-color: #fff5e4;">. Salary is also low and career growth is slow</mark>. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign if you wanted we need pay 1.5 lakhs if you want to resign. On the job traning is not given to new joinees....Read More

Good work experience for freshers, you can learn so much here.but after a year there is no growth your career and salary. And salary management is good ,your every month salary is on time.

No salary growth, lots of politics, very bad services for reporters, a reporter do reporting as well as camera man job, driver job, editor job, and also content writer and voice over artist. One reporter doing 6 person job after that he/she got minimum salary, and no growth....Read More

Quite interesting in the beginning, I learn so much in the beginning, I do different different stories, so many special stories but no appreciation by the seniors.then my confident much lower.

Good place to start for freshers and good learning environment. A company which is like giving you a government job, fixed salary. Real recognition for true talents, no partiality as seniors/juniors.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent,but growth is slow. Pay scale is comparatively less, hike too only that of a fixed amount. The work pressure is high sometimes. Don't expect for work appreciation.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
