They only exempted their employees from going office. Rest everything is bad with them. They want a teacher to involve for 10-12 hrs a day for their company, which is a terrible working hour. Moreover, after serving for about one month, they deny to pay the actual salary to the employee.

Dislikes

Their working hours are terrible, sometimes 10-12 hrs a day. At the time of drawing salary they will say 'these were our free student, we can't pay you for them', such words. they are frauds.

I was a teacher with e tutor home, I had to take in a range of 100 classes per month and prepare module as well.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

No career growth. Unimaginable office politics. Behaviour of employees and staffs are too poor.

Work Details

It was overall a horrible experience in this company. They were very insulting. Teaching students online was a new experience for me. My relationship with all the students were very nice. Nothing was structured here.
