Appraisals are not fair and work pressure is at it's peaks you would feel as your in school and our TL's are the teacher's 🤣....and we need to stretch back on daily basis to complete our work like we work work for 12 hours per day and we won't get any family time

It's a good working place for freshers who are recently passes out from there colleges. As this is a project of Google there will be a chance of learning things into digital marketing. You can fill your pockets for pocket money. Do not take this field as the only career development.

No proper hikes and promotions. The work life balance is very poor when compared to other companies. No growth in terms of career. If you are very serious about your career and future then this is not the right place for you.

There is nothing to like as experience was horrible. This job is only good for freshers who want experience for the bare minimum salary.

Everything to dislike. TLs and trainers treat employees like school children, humiliate employees publicly. Tls micromanage and also leave policy is very bad. Basically you work for 12 hrs everyday and also on weekends if mandatory for the bare minimum salary. No extra pay for OT. No appraisals or promotions except when you resign.
