There is literally no support for field staff. We are working at sites, covid quarantine camps, hospitals and buildings. But etisalat does not even provide personal protective equipment, surgical masks and gloves. We reqested many times on email but no effect. Etisalat did not sent us for Covid-19 screening even when we were so exposed to disease because of outside work.

No support at all for field staff. We worked at Covid effected quarantine camps and hospitals and buildings. But etisalat did not even give face masks or gloves. No screen testing for field staff and Insurance coverage is the worst and of no use at all.

Work Details

For Technicians working on ground there is no support especially the insurance coverage is worse. Insurance is of no use because it works only in limited areas and clinics and no coverage for big tests.

There is not a single policy of upgrading the PT outsourced staff under 713H. Even one staff got an opportunity in other department he cannot avail. 713H Staff are stuck at one position badly

Nothing, there is no job security and the top designation are equals to illiterate when the time come for taking decision they put that on lower level person if decision get wrong in future then they fire that employee if decision is good and shows good results then they take the whole credibility and starts exaggerating.
