Poor management, the top management doesn't have interest or the vision in the business, they try to ride the wave of new trend in market may it be metavers, VR or gaming. However, has no experience or expertise in executing these projects, eventually making sure that the organization leads no where.

Frankly speaking .within 1month I was been put on project which gave me full confidence that I can pick up more complicated task by my self,3D modelling, texturing rendering .expertise to teach. And more over equality .no sir no madam .jst name is good.

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
