Lot of responsibilities given, hence will learn lot of this. Celebrations with top management on success.

Dislikes

Too much work load. If you are ready to wok, you get piled up with work which is not even yours. Too much data analysis and meetings. No growth for mid and junior level roles. Work life balance is a problem and you are expected to work post office hours and weekends also.
