The senior people at the store make new people uncomfortable and they want staff to do things that company doesn’t want them to do.. unnecessary talks and things specifically at Chandigarh store the hoa is very unprofessional and most people has resigned bcoz of him also company is very very cooperative and supportive

The job was quite interesting since I was new to retail industry and in 9years grew as AVP SALES and also was given an assignment to start after sales service centre for the company.

I liked the brands that we were dealing in, it introduced me to a world of Luxury selling and all the aspects related to it.

Dislikes

I disliked some of the people I worked with. Too much power was in the hands of a few people who had a serious God complex and they abused their power in any which way shape or form. It was never an inclusive atmosphere.
