Dislikes

Terrible work culture and wlb. If your someone who is in the mindset of working 9-5 then don't join this company. The appraisal is never on time even if the company is doing good and you get peanuts after all. So you can expect appraisal 1.5 yrs or 2 yrs once

I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
