It is a good place to learn and grow. Work culture is also good.

The company have a startup culture so the work pressure is high sometimes. Compensation and benefits are not as good as MNC's. When I was there about 3 years back Job security was terrible. My many friends got fired. WFH is not like other MNC's .

I joined as a Fresher, It was good learning for me. Overall experience is also good but that time many of my friends got fired so I changed my job.
